How the XSplit® works
The innovative press screw separator XSplit offers an effective way to optimally prepare suspensions such as digestate, slurry or sludge for further use. The proven concept of the press screw separator for solid-liquid separation has been technically redesigned and optimized. The drive of the XSplit is located at the solids outlet – this prevents liquid from entering the drive. Thanks to the high-quality elastomer sealing disc, the XSplit automatically forms a reliable plug during start-up, no auxiliary agents are required. The sieve basket impresses with its segmented design. Individual sieve elements can be replaced quickly and easily. In this way, it can be individually adapted to the medium and the entire sieve basket does not have to be replaced immediately in the event of wear in the front area.
