Complete filling of vacuum tanks with the PowerFill

Vacuum tanks can be filled up to 30 % faster using a PowerFill-series turbo filler from Vogelsang – and with significantly less foam formation than with conventional fillers. This enables farmers to fully fill their tankers quickly and efficiently, resulting in decisive time-savings. This is thanks to the comparatively low speed of the PowerFill pumps. At the same time, the pumping process ensures homogenization of the liquid manure before distribution, leading to even more spreading.

The PowerFill is available in three different performance categories. With the PowerFill Small the Vogelsang developers have succeeded in incorporating all of these advantageous characteristics into a turbo filler with 40 % less weight and extremely compact dimensions. The PowerFill Small is available with two different drive variants. Both are designed to be flow-optimized for higher volume flow. The more powerful drive achieves a volume flow of up to 12,000 l / min.

Drive options include hydraulic drive, mechanical drive via a cardan shaft and electric motor drive. The Vogelsang PowerFill fills the vacuum tank up to 30 % faster and also completely. How the Vogelsang turbo filler works

Normally, a lot of foam is formed when filling vacuum tanks, preventing the tanker from being filled completely, as the foam takes up valuable space in the tank. Due to the multiple filling processes, the user loses time that could be better used elsewhere.

The turbo filler PowerFill is designed for vacuum tanks to reduce foaming during the filling process. That is achieved via a generously dimensioned housing, which pumps the liquid manure at a low speed. This fills the vacuum tank up to 30 % faster and the reduced foaming allows the space that would otherwise be filled with foam to be used. Another advantage of the PowerFill filling aid: The liquid manure is homogenized during the filling process. As a result, it can then be spread easily and more evenly .
