MobileUnit

This compact pump unit is a cost-effective solution for small workshops and for occasional use. It consists of a rotary lobe pump from the VX100 series with an electric drive mounted on a robust trolley. The MobileUnit M10 can be quickly and easily used as a flexible pump unit. The MobileUnit M10 allows toilet tanks to be emptied using vacuum extraction and pumping the wastewater directly to a sewage disposal point. A suction hose and wastewater pressure hose (including a suitable hose holder) can be offered for the MobileUnit M10.

The MobileUnit M20 is a transportable disposal unit on pedestrian-controlled trailer. This lightweight unit with a compact waste water transport tank allows the equipment to be manually maneuvered even in confined spaces. The pump unit is available with an electric drive or with a combustion engine.

The MobileUnit M is a disposal system as tank skid for various carrier vehicles. The tank and pump unit is pre-assembled on a robust base frame, including control unit and accessories. The unit is typically provided for the installation on the customer's own transport device. The lifting pockets in the base frame allow the empty unit to be easily set down onto the desired transport platform using a forklift truck. Depending on the load-bearing capacity of the carrier vehicle, different tank sizes and equipment variants are available.

The MobileUnit M30 consists of a complete disposal tank skid  mounted on an industrial trailer. The tank and pump unit including the control system can thus be towed to the site of operation with a suitable vehicle. In addition to simple turntable trailers, variants with 2-axle turntable steering and interchangeable drawbar can also be offered. This allows maximum maneuverability even in narrow roads and service platforms. The disposal unit is available with different tank sizes and various equipment options.

The M50 version of the MobileUnit product series provides a self-propelled transport vehicle with complete disposal tank skid. The carrier vehicle is usually a battery-powered industrial platform truck. In addition to electric platform trucks with driver's cabs, pedestrian controlled platform trucks with tiller steering can also be offered.

The zero-emission drive of the vehicles allows them to be used not only outdoors but also inside factory buildings. The vehicle's battery supplies the disposal unit mounted on the transport platform with energy independently of the mains. The unit is available with various tank sizes and a range of equipment options. By using a self-propelled carrier vehicle, the MobileUnit M50 is particularly efficient and convenient to use.
