Tot voor kort waren alle precisieverdelers op de markt uitgerust met ventilatieslangen en luchtaanzuiging om een gelijkmatige stroming van de vloeibare mest in de afvoerleidingen te garanderen. Vogelsang is er nu in geslaagd om als eerste ontwikkelaar van landbouwtechnologie ter wereld een precisieverdeler te ontwerpen waarvoor geen luchtaanzuiging nodig is. De nieuwe ExaCut ECC heeft een innovatief rotorconcept, dat de vorming van onderdruk voorkomt. De extreem gelijkmatige toevoer van de vloeibare mest naar de slanguitgangen zorgt voor een nog soepeler distributieproces. Royale dwarsdoorsneden dragen bij aan de superieure soepele loop van de nieuwe ExaCut ECC. Het feit dat door deze verbeteringen minder vermogen en minder olie nodig is, is zeker een welkom neveneffect.

Natuurlijk blijven de Vogelsang kwaliteitskenmerken, zoals zelfslijpende snijmessen en de bijzonder hoge snijkracht, behouden, net als het beproefde principe van snelle service. De rotor kan in slechts 20 minuten worden onderhouden zonder ook maar één slang los te maken.

Eigenschappen van de ExaCut ECC

The eccentric adjuster ensures that the cutting blades always exert a constant pressure on the cutting ring. Together with the optimized cutting blades, this guarantees consistent and reliable cutting performance.

The ExaCut distributors can be factory-fitted with side filling connections in different lengths and diameters. This allows flexibility in terms of connecting the distributor to the existing supply line. A TopInlet is also possible: an additional slurry inlet at the top of the distributor.

The compact sealing package ensures reliable separation between hydraulic oil and medium. The sealing package prevents the different substances from mixing. With this leakage check feature, leaks can be detected quickly and easily.

Opties van de ExaCut ECC

Comfort Flow Control (CFC) is the universal solution when it comes to shutting off hoses in any system: part-width section cut-offs, tramline switching or DropStop systems. The CFC is installed in the hose outlets of the spreader device, downstream of the distributor. Each hose or group of hoses can be shut off from the cab. The CFC is versatile and can be used in any unit – dribble bar systems, trailing shoe systems or tillage units.

The ExaCut ECC is available with a choice of cutting rings and knives. Depending on the composition of the slurry, these can be configured accordingly.
