UniSpread

The liquid manure linkage UniSpread can be used as a dribble bar or trailing shoe system with working widths of 6 to 10,5 metres. The transport width for all variants is less than three metres. A precision distributor of the ExaCut series is built into the centre of the linkage and distributes the liquid manure evenly over the individual outlets. An integrated heavy material separator separates disruptive matter such as stones or metal parts and thus prevents clogging of the discharge hoses. The hoses themselves are made of robust yet elastic material and are highly UV-resistant. Depending on requirements, the linkage can be fixed to a tanker by means of a 3- or 4-point support. The DropStop mechanism prevents the liquid manure from dripping during transport or in the headland. Further technical details such as an integrated hydraulic interlocking device also ensure safe road transport. With the universal UniSpread linkage, the user is able to spread the liquid manure precisely, close to the ground and thus with low emissions and thus make optimum use of the nutrients.
