De IQ-lobbenpomp heeft een innovatief concept. De pompkamer is volledig geïntegreerd in het pompdeksel en de pompelementen zijn snel te bereiken in slechts enkele stappen, terwijl de pomp blijft gemonteerd. Dat maakt het onderhoud eenvoudig en snel. Dit is een belangrijke kenmerken voor industriële toepassingen, waar het nodig is om de onderhoudstijd en operationele kosten te minimaliseren.

Het aantal centrale reserveonderdelen is met 50% verminderd. De kosten voor reserveonderdelen worden op die manier verlaagd en zorgen voor verdere besparingen omdat de tijd die nodig is voor het reinigen en vervangen van onderdelen aanzienlijk is verminderd. Deze industriele pompen zijn zo ontworpen dat er minder dan de helft van de tijd nodig is om slijtdelen te vervangen -inclusief lobben, slijtplaten, het pomphuis en pakkingen- in vergelijking met lobbenpompen van andere merken die op de markt worden aangeboden..

Door het compacte en ruimtebesparende ontwerp kan de IQ-serie in elk systeem worden geïntegreerd. Ze hebben bijna 70% minder ruimte nodig dan een excentrische wormpomp. Andere voordelen voor industriële toepassingen zijn onder meer het InjectionSystem, de HiFlo®-lobben, de mechanische afdichting van Quality Cartridge en hun speciale connectoren, die zorgen voor maximale efficiëntie van het pompsysteem.

Eigenschappen van de IQ-serie

The Vogelsang Quality Cartridge stands for modern sealing technology. The mechanical seal in cartridge design is manufactured automatically in the factory, completely pre-assembled and checked by computer. This makes it quick and easy to change on site: assembly errors are avoided and the time required is reduced. This means quick and easy replacement of the shaft seal as well as safe commissioning after seal replacement.

Unlike conventional lobes, Vogelsang’s HiFlo® lobes ensure pulsation-free pumping and consequently longer lifetimes for the drive and coupling. At the same time, the suction capacity is increased due to the higher number of sealing lines. The improved internal sealing enables suction from deep pits.

Larger lobes and pump covers can be installed in the IQ series
without making any modifications; this can increase capacity by as
much as 40%.

With QuickService, Vogelsang’s rotary lobe pumps are very easy to maintain: The lobes, seal, and wear plates can be replaced on-site without dismounting the pump. This saves money and ensures the highest possible level of equipment availability. Long downtimes are cut to a minimum.

Opties van de IQ-serie

Alongside the standard model in abrasion-resistant gray cast iron, versions in ADI and stainless steel are stocked as well. On request, the components of the pump chamber can be manufactured from duplex steel or a nickel-based alloy. Other options for customization include heat treatment and wear-resistant coatings for the wear plates and housing components.

An ATEX-compliant version can be supplied for use in areas subject to explosion hazards.
