Your questions on training - Our service FAQs
How is a typical training course structured? Is it theoretical or partical in nature?
The training sessions are designed with direct users in mind. As such, they include a significant visual element. Interesting topics will also be presented to you in a theoretical manner using the latest technology, but you will then be asked to complete practical exercises using this knowledge. Our specialists and service technicians will supervise you while you change spare parts and carry out maintenance work so that you can perform these tasks on your own at a later date. We will give your tips and tricks to make your work easier. We usually keep the group sizes for our training sessions small so that everyone gets a chance to have a go and ask any questions they have.
